Project Description
We completed the construction of a 200T wheat flour mill plant in 2013, equipped with 12 sets of pneumatic roller mills and 5 sets of plansifters. Our state-of-the-art mill produces high-quality bread flour, cake flour, and whole wheat flour to meet our customers’ diverse needs.
In 2013, Kingoal Milling successfully completed the installation of a 200T wheat flour machine, along with a wheat flour milling machine and storage silo, in Malawi. The project involved using 12 sets of pneumatic roller mills, each paired with 5 sets of plansifters, to produce three different types of flour: bread flour, cake flour, and whole wheat flour.
The entire process was carefully monitored and optimized by our team of experienced engineers, who ensured that the machines were operating at maximum efficiency and producing high-quality flour products. We worked closely with the facility to tailor the milling process to their specific needs and requirements, resulting in a successful installation that has been running smoothly ever since.
