SCY Drum Separator

The SCY Drum Separator with TQSF Gravity Destoner is an essential equipment for grain cleaning. It can efficiently remove small stones and high-density matter from the grain stream. With a throughput capacity of up to 22 t/h for soft wheat, 14.5 t/h for durum, and 16.5 t/h for corn (maize), it can be used in a wide range of mills processing various grains.

The gravity destoner is not only efficient but also provides additional protection to parts further along the production chain by reducing wear significantly. It has an outstanding separating efficiency for the best pre-cleaning of grain. Even small, lighter stones roughly the size of a grain kernel can be removed from the grain stream.

The machine features an integrated air recycling system that ensures low energy consumption. It has a dust collector with an upstream fan that removes dust particles from the air, enabling dust-free operation. By reducing the filter area of the central aspiration, energy consumption during the process is significantly lowered.
