TQLZ Vibrating Sifter

The TQLZ Vibrating Sifter from Kingoal Milling is an advanced solution for efficient grain cleaning in the milling of various grains such as wheat, durum, corn (maize), rye, soybeans, oats, buckwheat, spelt, millet, and rice. It also finds applications in seed cleaning plants, oilseed cleaning, cocoa bean grading plants, and feed mills. This high-efficiency vibrating sifter is designed to remove coarse and fine impurities from grains via screening and classifies a broad range of materials according to size.

With two sieve desks, the TQLZ Vibrating Sifter efficiently removes coarse impurities like large kernels, string, straw, wood, stones, or clumps of soil, as well as fine impurities such as sand and breakage from the grain. The throughput capacities reach up to 28 t/h in cleaning and up to 120 t/h in grain storage, providing excellent separation efficiency for efficient grain cleaning.

The TQLZ Vibrating Sifter features an optional aspiration channel or air recycling aspirator to optimize the cleaning effect, through which low-density particles such as dust, hull fragments or husks can also be separated. Additionally, its optimized design makes minimal maintenance requirements, with screens and wearing parts that can be changed quickly and easily without any lubrication points. Moreover, an automatic cleaning system employing rubber balls ensures continuous, effective cleaning of the screens while reducing maintenance requirements.

The TQLZ Vibrating Sifter also offers flexible application possibilities via optional outlet aspirators, which allow it to be combined with a number of different aspirators for versatile usage.
